Junior Gold at North East Warrington Credit Union

Membership of our Junior Gold scheme is open to young people from birth to the age of 16.

Junior Gold members have their own distinctive 'gold' passbooks and documentation, with dividends paid annually in exactly the same way as our adult saving schemes. However, because many Junior Gold members save for school holidays, we try to make payments before those events occur, for instance during March or June.

Parents or grandparents can open a Junior Gold account on a child's behalf. Helping to get a youngster off to a good start in life by putting a little something aside for their future.

Junior members are automatically transferred to the adult section on reaching their 16th birthday.
